The Vivoactive is the first LTE watch for fitness that is offered by Garmin through Verizon and touts the capability to detect falls, sending out an SOS. It also can play downloaded music over LTE too. You can expect up to five days of battery life unless the tunes, GPS and LTE are all activated. Its release is planned for the end of March but no price is available yet.
This amazing watch runs off of solar power and heat from your body. It performs regular functions such as step counting, heart rate monitoring and touts a constant reflective color screen for easy visibility. It also has a compass, GPS and 200-meter water resistance. It is available for pre-order at Indiegogo for $200 but will cost around $499 later in the year when it’s officially released.
